About Angela Hurley

I was born in Sicily, Italy in 1969 and moved to Tampa, Florida as a small child where my family set roots. At the age of 22, I headed to Tallahassee and received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from Florida A&M University. During my study, I began an internship with JE Architectural Design. For approximately 5 years, I gained designing experience working with custom built, single family homes throughout the Tallahassee area, including neighborhoods such as Rosehill. Toward the end of my Masters Degree, I moved to Manausa Lewis Architects to see another side of the business. I spent a little more than a year designing and developing larger commercial projects including The Premier Health Club on the north side of Tallahassee. Upon graduation, I went to work with Johnson Peterson Architects handling both residential and commercial projects from conception all the way to completion. A few of my projects included the Southside Health Clinic, and the Renovation of the Los Robles Woman’s Club. In 2003, I made one last move in the architectural field and worked with Barkley Consulting Engineers for two years.

By this time, it was evident that Tallahassee was “home” for me and my family. My interest in real estate flourished as I literally took part in the growth and development of this beautiful city. In July of 2004, I began my exciting new career in real estate and joined Century 21. In my five years there, I handled over 17 million in residential real estate transactions, received several accolades for my accomplishments, and developed relationships throughout the community. In October of 2008 I transitioned to Keller Williams and formed H2 Real Estate Group with my partner, Patrick Hurley. Our group approach lets us each focus on our strengths and concentrate on certain aspects of the real estate industry. Though I continue to study the real estate market as a whole, my primary focus is as Lead Buyers Specialist for our team.

In 2010, many agents were forced to make a difficult decision and leave real estate. We took a different approach by establishing H2 Real Estate Group LLC, expanding our team, purchasing a new office and taking advantage of opportunities to grow our business. In 2011, we took growth to a new level and affiliated with WEICHERT, Realtors to include 5oo offices in 38 states and 18,000 associates. This strategic merger offers our agents the necessary tools to grow their career and provide Buyers and Sellers the confidence that we can succeed in today’s real estate market.

About Patrick Hurley

Originally from Tallahassee, I attended Stetson University for four years where I earned a degree from the college of business with majors in marketing and business administration and minors in both management and electronic business technology.

Upon graduation, I returned to Tallahassee and was offered a management position with a small, locally owned real estate group specializing in the renovation of residential real property. My responsibilities included researching and acquiring properties, project cost analysis and hands on project management, the marketing of completed projects, and finally negotiating contract terms for either rent or the sale of the property.

In 2003, I obtained my real estate sales associate license and contracted with Century 21 First Realty where I spent nearly five years as an independent contractor representing both buyers and sellers of real property. In that time, I successfully closed over $25 million in residential real estate sales, participated in multiple real estate development projects, managed income producing rental properties, and developed valuable relationships among the local business community. In 2008, I transitioned to Keller Williams Town & Country Realty, formed H2 Real Estate Group, and earned my real estate broker’s license.

In 2010, we continued to grow and made a bold move in a challenging market by expanding H2 Real Estate Group as an independent real estate brokerage firm, and found an ideal match with WEICHERT, Realtors in 2011. We now boast nearly 500 offices in 38 states, 18,000 associates, and a global relocation and referral network.

Greg D. Calixte has had a love of real estate and travel from an early age. About Melissa Spear

I visited Florida for the first time when I was nine years old, and was immediately enamored by the Gulf of Mexico. My family moved here one year later, and I have called the Panhandle home ever since! The most memorable part of growing up as a barefooted, sun-soaked Floridian was making myself a beach fixture for the better part of every year. The beach is not only part of my enduring childhood memories, it’s an integral piece of my relaxation and rejuvenation, as well.

St. George Island has always been my go-to when I need beach time. It’s a quick dash from most places in the Panhandle and it is a constant source of beauty and contentment. In the last few years I have been fortunate enough to make SGI my weekend home, and I fall more and more in love with it every trip. When I come over the bridge to the island I can feel my weekday woes disappear, and by the time I reach the ”Welcome” sign, I’m in full relaxation mode.

My favorite things to do on the island are walking along the beach in the early morning hours, catching giant red fish in the Bob Sikes cut, boating across the bay to Apalach for lunch, adoring the sunset views, and star gazing from the dock at night.

I believe that passion is contagious, and I truly enjoy sharing my excitement and gratitude for our beaches and their constant beauty. I am incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to help others find their own piece of paradise, and make their favorite memories right here on the Forgotten Coast!
