I was born in Sicily, Italy in 1969 and moved to Tampa, Florida as a small child where my family set roots.  In 1991, at the age of 22, I headed to Tallahassee and received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from Florida A&M University.  My architectural profession began with an internship while attending the University, and continued until 2005, working as designer and project manager of both commercial and residential type projects at the offices of Manausa Lewis Architects, Johnson Peterson Architects and Barkley Consulting Engineers.   

By this time, it was evident that Tallahassee was my new permanent home.  My interest in real estate flourished as I watched and, for 13 years, literally took part in the growth and development of this beautiful city.  In July of 2004, I began my exciting new career in real estate and joined Century 21.  In my five years with Century 21, I handled over 17 million in residential real estate transactions, received several accolades for my accomplishments, and developed relationships throughout the community. 

In October of 2008, I joined the team at Keller Williams and formed the H2 Real Estate Group with my partner, Patrick Hurley.  Our group approach lets us each focus on our strengths and concentrate on certain aspects of the real estate industry.  Though I continue to study the real estate market as a whole, my primary focus is as Lead Buyers Specialist for our team.

In 2011, after careful consideration and extensive research, we decide to affiliate with the Weichert Realtors franchise.  In the ten years with Weichert we learned quite a bit from our leader Jim Weichert.  He taught us the ins and outs of efficiently and effectively running an office, helping our agents thrive in our unique market, and developing great strategies for working with buyer, sellers and investors using all of the tried and true tools and systems for getting properties sold at top dollar, in short amount of time and with little to no stress for our customers.  These are all lessons we carry with us as we move on to new adventures. 

In September of 2021 we formed the Proper Real Estate Advisors Team.  We renovated the old BB&T bank building on Thomasville Road, and created our new home.  In addition to real estate we are proud to offer the services of H2 Property Management, Proper Insurance, Proper Wealth Management and Proper Law.  This is truly a one stop shop for all of your real estate needs.  It has always been our mission, in this ever-changing world of real estate, to establish and maintain an organization, whose people, systems, technology and Agents provide professional service second to none.  We want to meet our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations so that they never hesitate to refer us to their friends and family. 

Patrick offers a unique “results driven” approach to real estate in every market, regardless of market conditions.  He takes pride in his ability to dig in and work toward his client’s desired results by becoming the trusted, “go to” resource dealing with almost any type of real estate.

Patrick offers a wide range of real estate experience including investment strategies, single family home sales and purchasing, commercial (office, industrial, and multifamily), and even full service property management. No matter the real estate need, he enjoys and looks forward to the challenge and takes it on with his customer’s best interests in mind.

He’s a Tallahassee native whose family has resided in north Florida since the mid 1950’s.  He attended undergraduate school at Stetson University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Business Administration and minors in Management and Electronic Business Technology in 2003.

Upon graduation, he returned home and began a career in real estate working hand in hand with an experienced private investor to expand his investment portfolio.  In 2003, Patrick obtained his real estate license and was highly recruited by several real estate sales firms.  This was the start of a successful career, and to date, Patrick has brokered more than $100,000,000 in real estate transactions and helped 1000+ customers meet their individual real estate goals.  He’s an active Broker, Realtor, and along with his wife Angela, owns Proper Real Estate Advisors.

In addition to his professional experience, he is extensively involved in his community.  He is a co-founder of Male-cancer Awareness Now (MAN), co-founder and past chairman of Florida Realtors YPN (Young Professional Network for the Florida Association of Realtors), past chairman of Tallahassee YPN, served on the board for Keep Tallahassee Leon County Beautiful, belongs to both Access Tallahassee and Network of Young Professionals, was appointed to the Tallahassee Community College Career Advisory Board, and served as chair for the City of Tallahassee Parks Advisory Board and as a member of the City of Tallahassee Environmental Board.
